I have been egregiously negligent of this blog, and for that you have my heartfelt apology. Hannah turned four months old on May 2, and we just had her checkup at the pediatrician this week. She (Hannah that is, not the pediatrician) is 24 inches long and weighs 13.5 pounds. The doctor was impressed with Hannah's development, as apparently Hannah is doing everything on the 6 month checklist apart from sitting up unassisted. They even said we should get serious about childproofing because Hannah may start crawling soon! Yikes! Mommy is not ready for that yet! Above you can see Hannah practicing her moves...
Hannah likes to stick out her tongue and make motorboat noises, which the pediatrician called "blowing raspberries" and I don't know why. Blowing raspberries sounds kind of vulgar to me, so we'll continue to refer to motorboat noises!
