As background, we put Hannah on her little toilet chair every time we change her diaper. She loves to sit there, and knows what to do. If she has to go, I clap and say "yay! What a big girl!" etc. She uses her toilet on average 3-4 times a day now. It does make diaper changes less messy for sure!
Anyway, Hannah likes to carry her doll around and tend to it. The other day I noticed she had put the doll on the little toilet chair and was sitting in front of the chair and doll clapping and saying "yay!" as if the doll was going to the bathroom! It was so funny!
Another time, Hannah propped the doll up against the wall and got out her toy pan and spatula. She proceeded to "feed" the doll with the spatula out of the little pan, saying "MMM!" each time she put the spatula to the doll's mouth!
I think she'll make a great mama some day!

Aww that is so cute! What a delight.
The girl who was the flowergirl in our wedding was like that too when she was little. She would even role play discipline - like if her mother disciplined her earlier in the day she would later replay the scene with her dolls (or me, her babysitter) where she was now the mom. Amazing how children copy us. Although, I have a feeling that most boys don't copy the child caring aspect of adult life.
