Today I gave the kids each a section of grapefruit at lunch to expand their palates. Jack made a sour face when he tasted his, and Hannah said, "Don't worry Jack, grapefruit is a...nak-WIRE taste!"
I'm sure I've used the phrase "an acquired taste" in her hearing before, but it never ceases to amaze me how she will remember things and then use them correctly later!

That's amazing! There are adults I know who can't use that phrase correctly. And I am with Jack on grapefruit! :)
PS--Come on Sarah, tomorrow's the day!
